Before building your home or making any exterior changes to homes, Woodmere-Trentwood property owners must fill out an application for design review and apply to the Architectural Review Committee for approval of their project (as required in Woodmere-Trentwood R&R, Section 2)
Here are a few examples of what may seem to be minor exterior changes which may be overlooked, but should be applied for:
